newzealand government kills own citizens

since when is it acceptable for governments to spend millions on overseas aid ect, while its own citizens die through lack of health funding ,their is NO excuse for this.Surely a government is committing treason if it lets its own citizens die while saving the lives of non citizens,harsh words,maybe,but it happens every day.
